O2.ie Login Issues

I am aware of login issues with EirText, EirText Pro, My Bill, & My Account on O2.ie.

A fix is currently being sought. I will update when I have more information.

In the meantime, please do not create a new support topic, but feel free to post in one of the existing topics on the support forum.

In particular, I’d be interested in knowing:

- Does the problem occurs on 3G/EDGE, WiFi, or both?

- Can you access O2.ie (login and view the My Account section, as well as the webtext section) using the Safari browser on your iPhone, on 3G/EDGE?

- What area/county you’re in.

- What the Cellular Data APN is set to in your iPhone’s Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network.
