Hi,
I am an O2 customer (not a new one) and I cannot login into my account when I use MyBill. I can log into the o2 site on the web but I am told that my login detals are incorrect when I try to login using MyBill on my iphone. Can you help?

Hi,how’s it going? I downloaded eirtext pro and fur some reason it keeps Reading that I have 0 texts remaining,I have inputted all my acc details and still nothing. I have checked on the o2web site and it says I still have 250 remaining. How should I proceed from here?

Hey,
Just downloaded my bill, great app, but for some reason it has my data info all at 0, when i get 1GB per month. If i check my account using a pc, the data info is correct ie it tells me how much I have used/is left.
Is ther anyway to rectify this problem as being able to track my data usage was my main reason for downloading this app!

hi I downloaded eirtext and by mistake put in an incorrect log in
now every time i try to us eirtext it says my login failed ,, have deleted and loaded the app several times but still no joy
Hi Finbarr, please try the following:
- Create a new message
- Enter the following contact number: 0801234567 and add it to the message
- Type in the following message: EirText::KeychainOff
- Hit the Send button. You should get a popup saying the keychain has been disabled.
- Close the app, reopen, and re-enter your login details.

I would recommend you contact Apple about this issue, as they control all of the iTunes transactions.

Well, that’s weird. Try update EirText Pro to the latest version. Failing that, delete the app and reinstall it from iTunes on your Mac / PC.

Hi Darren, unfortunately there’s not much else I can do here. You’ll need to get in touch with Apple to see if there’s an issue with your iTunes account.

Hi Vinny, it appears ‘days left of billing cycle’ has disappeared on my My Bill application. I’m wondering was this a consious decision to remove it permanently or is it just a temporary problem?
I find that part of the application very useful.

Are you running the latest version of My Bill (v1.3.3)?
The days remaining used to disappear when O2 are processing your bill. The new version should display a message instead.
